Trevor’s Story
On February 2, 2007 (227) Trevor Cheyne Cleland came into this world and instantly changed it. He was a son, a brother, a loyal friend, and the kind of kid who could light up a room just by walking into it.
Trevor lived life at full throttle. If it had an engine, he wanted to ride it, build it, or fix it. He loved dirt bikes, trucks, and anything mechanical. He’d spend hours in the garage turning wrenches, figuring things out with his hands, and dreaming about what he could build next. The louder the motor and the bigger the sunset, the happier he was.
But Trevor wasn’t defined just by what he did — he was defined by how he loved.
He was deeply rooted in family, fiercely loyal to his friends, and always ready to show up for someone else. Backyard hangs, late-night laughs, desert rides, driveway chats — those were his favorite moments. He made people feel seen, included, and important, often without even trying.
Trevor excelled in the classroom and in the shop. He graduated from Mountain View High School and was pursuing his passion as a Powersports student at the College of Western Idaho. His path was clear: a future built around mechanics, motorsports, and helping people keep doing what they love. His curiosity, work ethic, and drive to learn are at the core of what Live for 227 stands for today.
On October 15, 2025, Trevor’s life on earth ended far too soon. The loss is immeasurable — but so is the impact he left behind. Rather than letting his story stop there, his family and friends chose to carry it forward.
Live for 227 was created to honor the way Trevor lived.
It exists to help young people like him chase their passions and build a future in the trades, powersports, and the outdoors. Through scholarships, benevolent support, and community-based giving, Live for 227 keeps Trevor’s spirit alive by investing in others who share his grit, heart, and love for life.
Today, it’s more than a number — it’s a reminder and a promise:
Live for your passion.
Live for your people.
Live for 227.
